Our products are made without preservatives, additives and chemical ingredients. They are handcrafted and poured in small batches to ensure the freshest quality to you.

Depending on our inventory, lead times may take up to 7 business days before we are able to ship to you.

-SUMMER SHIPPING-

Our products are free of chemicals and stabilisers which makes them especially susceptible to heat during summer transportation. Hot vans, warehouses, and front steps are almost impossible to avoid. We do our best to package our products accordingly, but sometimes the delicate whipped texture does not hold up with our scrubs, polishes, and butters. The heat has no effect on the nourishing benefits of the ingredients and even after melting the products can be cooled and used in a balm form.

Please be advised that even with priority shipping we cannot guarantee that our whipped products will get to you with the light and fluffy texture as pictured on the website. It is a good idea to stock up during the cooler months and keep your jars refrigerated during the summer months. We also suggest you refrigerate your products overnight on arrival.

PAYMENT

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, defective or incorrect. Please contact us by email yukiyonaturalbeauty@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the goods to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must also include your original order number, with your name and address. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent and refund the postage cost of returning the item to us.

Note: in the event that we send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to us within 14 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 14 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 14-day period, we reserve the right to not refund the item.

We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount, in the same manner, the original order was paid.
